How many CE hours does Kentucky require?
KREC requires 6 hours of continuing education every year for active Kentucky real estate licensees — among the lightest annual requirements of any state. The 6 hours must include 3 hours of Law Update (mandatory annual) and 3 hours of elective CE.
When is my Kentucky real estate license renewal due?
Kentucky real estate licenses renew annually by March 31. Complete all 6 hours of CE by March 31 of each renewal year.
