In order to pass the Indiana real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 75%. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
While the majority of students pass their real estate exam, a passing score isn't guaranteed. In some states, up to 25% of students have to retake the test in order to pass. Upon follow up after the test, most do not consider the exam "easy." The best way to alleviate your nerves and pass the test is to work hard and prepare as much as possible.
The Indiana real estate exam must be taken at an approved testing facility. There are 12 Indiana PSI testing locations, including in the following cities: Anderson Evansville Fort Wayne Goshen, Indianapolis Kokomo Muncie Richmond South Bend Terre Haute Valparaiso

Online proctoring is allowed for this licensing exam by visiting the PSI website. Students can also go to an approved testing where they will be monitored throughout the test.
Most students receive their results shortly after taking the exam, ranging from the same day to within a week.
Whether or not you think the Indiana real estate exam is hard depends on how much you've studied and how naturally the coursework comes to you. Most students find the exam to be challenging, and many take multiple attempts to pass. It is recommended to take Exam Prep ahead of time to increase your likelihood of passing the exam on your first attempt.
Students can retake the Indiana real estate examination if they do not pass. Those who don't pass will only have to retake the portion of the test they didn't pass (National or State).
