Candidates must successfully complete 99 hours of Pre-Licensing courses from a real estate education program recognized by the Delaware Real Estate Commission.

There is a course final exam that you may take if you have finished all of the required readings and have enough time. 80% is the cutoff percentage for passing.
The Delaware Real Estate Salesperson Exam, which is given by Pearson VUE, is the next test you must pass. Two sections make up this 130-question test, which covers both federal and state standards.
To be licensed, you must first be associated with a current and active Delaware Sponsoring Broker. It's important to find the right Broker to work with since this person will serve as your mentor as you start your new career in real estate.
