How many CE hours does Tennessee require?
TREC requires 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years for active Tennessee real estate licensees. The 16 hours must include 6 hours of TREC Core Course (state-mandated update) and 10 hours of elective CE topics.
When is my Tennessee real estate license renewal due?
TN real estate licenses renew every 2 years on the license anniversary date. Complete all 16 CE hours by renewal or risk expiration.
