The Arizona real estate exam will cost students $75. However, there is an additional licensing fee associated with the test called the "Real Estate Recovery Fund." All together, the total fee to take the test is $135.
In order to pass the Arizona real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 75%. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
Around 23% of Arizona students fail the test and have to retake it in order to pass. Upon follow up after the test, most do not consider the exam "easy." The best way to alleviate your nerves and pass the test is to work hard and prepare as much as possible.
